I always highly recommend this place. The atmosphere is always great, the included drink is a nice touch, and the staff at the Lewis Center location are always nice a personable. Frances did an excellent job on my beard trim and haircut.

I specifically asked Tammy what her #1 goal is when working with her clients and she said "To make sure the client is 100% satisfied." She will take extra time to be sure you are happy! She is very methodical to be sure my hair cut is exactly how I like it. I have a very intricate haircut (bald fade w/hard part edged in) and she takes the time needed to do it right she is amazing. I would highly recommend anyone to her especially if they need clipper work done. Thanks Tammy for making me feel AMAZING every time I come in!! See you in 2 to 3 weeks to do it again. Pinky is also very methodical and making sure her work is done perfectly (Premium Pedicure). I normally get the pedicure scheduled to be right after my hair cut. They have high quality head phones and multiple TV screens that you can connect to watch or listen to anything you want while relaxing the the oversized leather chair. Joshua did a great job. I got a premium beard trim . He took his time trimming my beard and it lined up nice when he was done. He is very professional and personable.

Charlie is one of, if not the best barber at this shop. This location has changed a lot over the last year and lost a lot of the best barbers, and they are lucky to still have Charlie around. Very personable and professional. Gave the best cut and beard trim I have had in a while.

Katrina did an awesome job with my facial treatment! She is clearly very skilled and attentive. The treatment was relaxing, and I left feeling refreshed. My only suggestion would be to consider offering a 45-minute option in addition to the current 30-minute service. This would allow for even more relaxation and a deeper treatment for those who want it. Overall, I highly recommend Katrina and this Hammer & Nails location!
